1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your advent calendar arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neuraswitch@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

Once verified, we will provide:

  • A replacement of your advent calendar, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

2. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match your order (e.g., wrong product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will correct the mistake with a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays once the order has been shipped

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at neuraswitch@outlook.com with your order number and issue details.

  2. Attach a photo of the product if it is damaged or defective.

  3. Wait for our confirmation — we aim to respond within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 6–10 business days after approval.
